The TCW devices are based on the pulse heat process and can be used in a variety of applications such as pulse heat soldering/thermode soldering, hot bar bonding or heat embossing/laser staking/heat fusing.
Features:
The TCW-2000 provides a new automated desktop system. Due to the precise positioning options, this platform is especially suited to fine wire or fine-pitch applications. The integrated pulse heat power supply is ideal for a wide variety of tasks in the fields of pulse heat soldering/thermode soldering and hot bar bonding (reflow soldering, ACF bonding etc.).
Features:
This system is also based on the pulse heat process and at the same time is one of the most powerful in the product range.
Possible areas of application include pulse heat soldering/thermode soldering, thermo-compression bonding or heat embossing/laser staking/heat fusing.

Pulse heat soldering/thermode soldering heads
The system heads are characterised by a compact and precise design. The different versions cover a broad spectrum of tasks.
Depending on the area of application and type, the pulse heat soldering/thermode soldering heads may be manually or pneumatically operated or motorised, within a pressure range of 0.70 to 600 N. Either a compact, handheld digital force gauge (FG-400) or a real-time force monitor with colour display (QC-100 or QC-200) can be used to monitor the displacement.
If necessary, the pulse heat soldering/thermode soldering heads may also be fitted with a water cooling system (optional).
We offer a wide range of different standard soldering/heating elements. Elements in other, customer-specific dimensions and shapes are also available.
We will be happy to assist you in selecting the correct soldering/heating element and defining bespoke solutions.

We are pleased to present a successful customer project involving the use of AVIO pulse heat soldering systems.
Elmotec AG has integrated AVIO technology into an automated soldering machine. Function: Automatic thermode soldering (pulse heat soldering).
The automatic soldering machine features monitors the temperature at the thermode, which controls the soldering process. A linear transport system for automatic cable feeding can be attached.
Consisting of: Generator, wire feeder, soldering head with temperature monitoring, panel PC control, tool holder, base frame, protection device and linear axle.
Comments: The parts are fed to the thermode in a tool holder and soldered with a high degree of process safety. Feeding and inserting the cables and the height of the soldering seam are monitored by sensors.
